Made up of students, staff, and volunteers from different RUSH chapters, the RUSH Outreach Team (R.O.T) travels to various churches and cities for the purpose of igniting a fire to reach the campus in everyone it comes in contact with.  R.O.T is comprised of the top high school and middle school riders on our Skate Demo Team, the Rush Dance Team, the Awake! worship band, the drama team and more.  The idea of reaching the campus can be overwhelming to those with no experience, so R.O.T opens them up to the reality of the power each young person who submits their life and talents to God possesses to advance His Kingdom.  Students make up over 95% of everyone on the frontline of ROT, all using their talents, gifts, and testimonies of how God is using them to impact their campus and the world around them.  When young people see this, it inspires them to rise up and do the same on their campus.  It also challenges those who don’t know God to come face to face with their Maker and take the necessary steps to passionately follow Him.
